Questions, answered.
You receive two separate cards: a physical Mastercard and a virtual Visa. Tracked international delivery and personal support are included. This is the current one-time bundle offer; the cards are not sold separately at present.
Start your card request with ONDA. International tracked delivery usually takes about seven days, up to fourteen. Once the physical card arrives, contact support to register both cards. Virtual issuance is for eligible existing cardholders and follows support confirmation.
The ONDA funding experience is designed for Base only, starting with ETH on Base. Always use the network and deposit instructions displayed in the confirmed funding instructions. Only use verified funding instructions for your issued card.
This is planned for the new Base experience. Eligible tokens, conversion partners and fees will be confirmed before it goes live. Eligible assets and conversion routes will be published before launch.
No passport, driver's licence or identity document upload is required for the physical Mastercard. The virtual Visa is a separate card with its own eligibility and issuer conditions. The service is for users aged 18 or older.
The virtual Visa supports Apple Pay and Google Pay. It also supports 3D Secure for online purchases. The physical Mastercard and virtual Visa have separate balances, limits and fees.
The physical card has a 3.5% deposit fee and $100 minimum deposit, with 0% card-provider FX and ATM fees. Its limits are $2,500 per transaction, $5,000 daily spending and $500 daily ATM withdrawals. The virtual card has an approximately 1.5% FX difference and a 2% cash withdrawal fee; tap-to-pay is capped at $20,000 per transaction and day, and online payments at $200,000 per transaction and day. ATM operators can apply additional charges and limits. Physical daily limits reset 24 hours after each transaction; there is no monthly physical spending limit.
